RegenLedger is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps regenerative farms and small food brands produce audit-ready sustainability evidence without hiring expensive consultants. Users log field activities (cover crops, grazing rotations, compost, reduced tillage), upload receipts/photos, and sync basic farm data. The app turns messy inputs into a structured “claim file” mapped to common frameworks (e.g., SAI Platform, Regenified-style evidence categories, retailer questionnaires), with a clear trail of who did what and when. AI assists by extracting data from invoices, summarizing notes into standardized practice statements, and flagging missing documentation before a buyer or certifier does. It does not pretend to measure soil carbon perfectly; instead it focuses on verifiable documentation, consistency, and faster responses to buyer requests—where most farms actually bleed time and money.
