RegenLedger is a mobile + web app that turns day-to-day livestock actions into audit-ready organic and regenerative documentation. Farmers log treatments, feed sources, pasture moves, mortality, and purchases in under a minute, even offline. The app automatically builds an inspection binder: input inventories, animal IDs/lot groups, prohibited-substance safeguards, withdrawal periods, and pasture access evidence. It also generates simple, inspector-friendly reports and flags missing records before inspection season. This is not a “magic regen score” app; it’s a compliance and proof system that reduces risk of failed inspections and lost premiums. Optional AI helps categorize receipts, extract data from photos of invoices, and draft corrective-action notes, but the core value works without AI. Pricing is subscription per farm with add-ons for multi-site operations and co-op managers.
