RegenSOP

RegenSOP is a web app (with optional desktop PDF uploader) that helps regenerative medicine labs standardize, version, and validate protocols for cell processing, tissue handling, and QC workflows. Teams upload existing Word/PDF protocols, batch records, and deviations; the app extracts steps, materials, acceptance criteria, and critical control points into a structured SOP template. It then generates a change-controlled version history, training checklists, and a simple “read-and-acknowledge” flow for technicians. An AI assistant flags ambiguous instructions (e.g., missing units, timing windows, centrifuge settings), highlights inconsistencies across documents, and suggests clearer language aligned to internal style and common quality expectations. This is not a full eQMS replacement; it’s a focused SOP and protocol harmonization tool that reduces rework, onboarding time, and audit anxiety for small-to-mid labs that can’t justify heavyweight systems.
