RegenSpec

RegenSpec is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps architects, developers, and facility teams translate regenerative design intent into trackable performance commitments. Users define a project, pick climate/bioregion, and choose regenerative goals (water positivity, habitat uplift, embodied carbon caps, circular materials, indoor health). The app generates a structured “Regenerative Spec Pack” with measurable KPIs, acceptable verification methods, and a feedback plan for post-occupancy. During design and construction, teams upload submittals (EPDs, material passports, commissioning docs) and log deviations. After occupancy, it pulls utility data and simple occupant surveys to compare actuals vs targets and produce a plain-language “Regeneration Scorecard” for stakeholders. This is not a magic optimizer; it’s a disciplined workflow tool that makes regenerative claims harder to fake and easier to verify, with audit-ready reporting.
