Clients log photos, irritation events, and product usage; the brand sees cohort-level results and can iterate formulas with evidence instead of guesswork. The app generates a “formula passport” (ingredients, allergens, stability notes, batch ID, refill cadence) and keeps a compliant audit trail for internal QA. This is not a magic ‘perfect skin’ AI—results will vary and the app can’t replace dermatology—but it can reduce remake rates, improve retention, and make bespoke feel reliably premium.
