RegImpact

RegImpact is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps public health teams and advocacy orgs estimate the real-world impact of proposed health policies—fast. Users upload or link a draft bill/regulation, select jurisdiction, and choose outcomes (e.g., overdose deaths, vaccination uptake, maternal morbidity, ER utilization). The app pulls baseline indicators from trusted public datasets, applies transparent, editable assumptions, and produces a one-page impact brief with ranges, confidence notes, and citations. It also tracks revisions across bill versions and flags which clauses drive the biggest outcome changes. This is not a “magic AI says so” tool: it’s a structured modeling workspace with AI-assisted extraction and summarization, plus human-controlled parameters. Outputs are designed for decision memos, hearings, and grant reporting, with exportable charts and an audit trail for defensibility.
