RegiPayMap

RegiPayMap is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams alerts) that helps global payroll teams reduce compliance risk by continuously mapping country-specific payroll requirements to what they actually ran. It ingests payroll outputs (gross-to-net summaries, tax filings status, payment dates, contractor invoices) via CSV/SFTP/API and compares them against a maintained rules library for deadlines, statutory caps, required documents, and common misclassification triggers. The product doesn’t pretend to “solve compliance” automatically; it flags high-probability issues, missing artifacts, and deadline exposure with an auditable trail. It generates a monthly risk register by country/entity, assigns owners, and tracks remediation evidence for internal audit and external advisors. An AI layer can summarize anomalies, draft remediation checklists, and answer “what changed this month?” but the core value is structured controls, not chat.
