RegPulse is a web app (with optional email/Slack alerts) that monitors delegated legislation and agency rulemaking in a chosen jurisdiction, then turns it into actionable change tracking. It ingests new instruments, amendments, commencement notices, and consultation papers, normalizes them into a single timeline, and maps them to affected topics (e.g., licensing, safety, finance) and user-defined obligations. The product is deliberately narrow: fast alerts, clean diffs, and a defensible audit trail for “what changed, when, and where it came from.” It includes a lightweight “impact note” workflow so compliance/legal teams can assign owners, deadlines, and evidence of review. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify documents, extract key obligations, and summarize changes, but every output is linked to source text and designed for human verification.
