RegRadar is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams alerts) that tracks market-structure and compliance changes that can materially affect trading: SEC/FINRA releases, exchange rule filings, short-sale restrictions, corporate action deadlines, and broker policy updates. It turns dense filings into a practical “what changed, who is impacted, and what to do” briefing, mapped to your instruments, venues, and strategy types (options, equities, ETFs). Users set watchlists and receive alerts when a rule change or deadline could alter borrow availability, margin requirements, order handling, or settlement timelines. It’s not a trading terminal; it’s a risk and operations layer that reduces expensive surprises. The AI component summarizes and classifies documents, but every alert links to the source and includes confidence and rationale. Pricing is subscription per seat, with an enterprise tier for compliance teams.
