RegRaptor is a web app with a companion mobile app for exotic animal owners, rescues, educators, and small zoos to track permits, renewals, and compliance tasks across jurisdictions. Users build an “animal roster” (species, origin, microchip, enclosure location) and the app generates a compliance calendar: renewals, vet certificates, transport authorizations, quarantine windows, and required recordkeeping. It stores documents with audit trails, sends deadline alerts, and produces inspection-ready packets (PDF) for agencies. An AI-assisted rules helper can summarize what a user likely needs based on location and species, but it’s explicitly not legal advice and always cites the source regulation links. The realistic value is not perfect legal interpretation—it’s preventing missed renewals, lost paperwork, and last-minute inspection scrambles, which are common operational failures in small facilities.
