RegretMeter is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teams make decisions when probabilities are fuzzy and outcomes are hard to compare. Users define options, list key uncertainties, and enter ranges instead of fake-precise numbers (e.g., revenue impact $50k–$200k, probability 20–60%). The app runs Monte Carlo simulations, calculates expected value, downside risk, and “regret” (how bad you’ll feel if the chosen option isn’t best). It also highlights which assumptions matter most via sensitivity analysis, so you know what to validate next. A lightweight AI assistant can turn messy notes (docs, meeting transcripts) into structured assumptions and flag missing uncertainties, but the math stays transparent and editable. Exportable decision briefs make it easy to share with stakeholders without turning it into a spreadsheet war.
