RegRuleHub

RegRuleHub is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for regulatory agencies to convert new regulations, guidance, and enforcement memos into a living obligation register with owners, deadlines, evidence, and audit trails. It ingests PDFs/Word/HTML from official sources, extracts key obligations, maps them to internal programs, and generates tasks, checklists, and reporting dashboards for leadership. It also supports public-facing “what changed” summaries to reduce inbound questions and improve transparency. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI accelerates extraction, summarization, and change detection, but humans approve everything before it becomes policy-facing output. The product is built for the unglamorous reality of government: slow procurement, strict security, and staff turnover. Expect long sales cycles, but once embedded, switching costs are high because the obligation register becomes the system of record for compliance operations.
