RegStressKit is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that helps community banks, credit unions, and fintech lenders run regulator-style stress tests without building a full risk platform. Users upload call report extracts, loan tapes, and basic ALM inputs, then choose prebuilt templates aligned to common supervisory narratives (rate shocks, unemployment spikes, CRE downturns, liquidity runs). The app generates transparent, auditable outputs: capital impact, NII sensitivity, loss projections, and management action playbooks, with versioning and sign-offs for exam packages. It’s a traditional app with AI assistance: AI helps map messy source fields to a standardized schema, flags data quality issues, and drafts plain-English methodology notes—while keeping calculations deterministic and reviewable. It’s not a magic black box; it’s a pragmatic compliance workflow that reduces spreadsheet chaos and key-person risk.
