RehabConsent
RehabConsent is a mobile + web app that standardizes patient understanding and consent for home rehabilitation plans. Clinics send a “rehab agreement” that includes plain-language goals, red-flag symptoms, activity limits, pain rules, and what to do when things go wrong. Patients confirm comprehension with quick check-ins (not long quizzes), then receive a simple daily plan with one-tap “done / too painful / unsure” responses. If a patient reports worsening pain, swelling, numbness, or repeated non-adherence, the app escalates to the clinic with a structured summary so staff can intervene early. It also logs patient-reported outcomes and captures short, optional videos for form review. This isn’t a magic adherence cure—many patients still won’t do exercises—but it reduces ambiguity, improves documentation, and helps clinics spot risk sooner without adding a full remote-therapeutic platform.
