RehabRoster
RehabRoster is a web + mobile app for wildlife rehabilitation centers to manage daily care at scale: patient intake, cage assignments, treatment schedules, feeding plans, weight trends, and release readiness. It replaces the messy reality of paper logs, spreadsheets, and whiteboards with a single system that staff and volunteers can actually use on a phone while carrying animals. The AI component is optional: it can turn free-text notes into structured entries (meds, dosages, symptoms), flag missed treatments, and suggest species-specific checklists based on local protocols you configure. The app focuses on operations, not diagnosis—because liability and regulation make “AI vet” features a trap. It also supports offline mode for barns/outbuildings with poor reception, then syncs later. Reporting exports are built for grant reporting and regulator audits, which is where rehabs lose time and make costly mistakes.
