RehabScribe

RehabScribe is a mobile + web AI app that converts real rehab sessions into usable clinical documentation. Clinicians record (or import) audio from a PT/OT/SLP visit; the app produces a structured SOAP note, objective measures, updated goals, and a patient-friendly home program summary. It’s designed for outpatient rehab clinics drowning in documentation and fighting burnout. The MVP focuses on accuracy, speed, and defensible outputs: clear citations to what was said, editable sections, and templates aligned to common payer requirements. It won’t magically fix billing, and it won’t replace clinical judgment—users still review and sign. But it can realistically cut note time from 10–20 minutes to 2–5 minutes per visit, which is where the ROI lives. It also supports multilingual patient handouts to reduce no-shows and confusion.
