RehearsalCam is a mobile + web app that records rehearsals and automatically turns messy feedback into searchable, time-stamped notes. Directors and stage managers can speak notes out loud (“Act 2, line pickup late,” “light cue feels early”), and the app transcribes, detects who/what it refers to (character, actor, scene), and pins it to the exact video moment. Cast members get a clean, role-specific to-do list with links that jump straight to the relevant clip. It also supports quick “mark as fixed” updates, so the team stops re-litigating the same issues every night. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles transcription, tagging, and summarization; the rest is straightforward collaboration tooling. It won’t replace a stage manager, but it will cut the administrative drag that burns rehearsal time and morale.
