ReintroMap

ReintroMap is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that guides Whole30 users through the hardest part: reintroduction. Instead of generic advice, it runs a structured schedule, prompts you to log symptoms (sleep, mood, digestion, cravings, skin, energy), and visualizes patterns over time. The AI layer turns messy notes into simple insights like “dairy reintro correlates with poor sleep within 24 hours” while clearly labeling confidence as low/medium/high to avoid overclaiming. It also includes a “minimal variables” mode that warns when you changed too many things (stress, alcohol exposure, travel, workouts) for the result to be meaningful. The goal is not to be another recipe or compliance tracker; it’s a practical decision tool that helps users identify personal triggers and build a sustainable post-Whole30 eating plan. Exportable reports can be shared with a coach or clinician.
