RelapseRadar

RelapseRadar is a mobile + web app that helps people in eating-disorder recovery detect early warning signs and act fast. Instead of calorie logging (often triggering), it focuses on relapse signals: sleep disruption, isolation, body-checking frequency, skipped meals, binge/purge urges, exercise compulsion, and mood volatility. Users do a 60-second daily check-in and optionally connect wearables for sleep/activity trends. The app turns this into a simple “risk dial” and a short, personalized action plan: coping skills, meal-support prompts, and a one-tap “reach out” flow to a trusted person or clinician. For clinicians, a lightweight dashboard shows trend summaries and red-flag events (with explicit consent), reducing guesswork between sessions. It’s not a replacement for treatment; it’s a practical early-warning system that helps prevent small slips from becoming full relapse.
