RelapseRadar

RelapseRadar is a mobile + web app for people living with psychosis and their caregivers to detect early warning signs of relapse and coordinate fast, practical support. Users track a tiny daily check-in (sleep, stress, meds taken, voices/paranoia intensity, social withdrawal) plus optional passive signals (phone activity and sleep proxies). The app turns this into a simple “risk trend” and a personalized action plan co-created with a clinician or case manager: who to contact, what coping steps to try, and when to escalate. Caregivers can be invited with strict permissions so they see trends and alerts without reading private journal entries. It also stores a crisis plan, local resources, and one-tap sharing of a weekly summary for appointments. This is not a therapy replacement; it’s a coordination and early-warning tool designed for real-world community mental health workflows.
