RelapseRadar

RelapseRadar is a mobile app (with an optional clinician web dashboard) that helps people in recovery detect early warning signs of relapse using passive and active signals. Users do quick daily check-ins (sleep, cravings, mood, triggers), and can optionally connect wearables for sleep/HRV plus phone-level patterns (screen time, mobility changes) to flag risk trends. When risk rises, the app generates a simple action plan: contact a sponsor, schedule a meeting, run a 5-minute coping exercise, or activate a “friction mode” that blocks high-risk apps/sites during vulnerable windows. It also supports a private “circle” (1–5 trusted people) with configurable alerts so users don’t feel policed. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes patterns and suggests interventions, but the user stays in control. It’s not a replacement for therapy; it’s a practical early-warning system.
