ReleaseGrid is a web app (with a lightweight desktop uploader) that helps small video teams manage the unglamorous but painful part of post-production: deliveries. It centralizes versioned exports, platform-specific specs (YouTube, TikTok, broadcast, OTT), approval status, and a hard checklist for what must be delivered (captions, audio stems, textless, thumbnails, metadata, cue sheets). An AI-assisted spec checker flags common rejection causes like wrong loudness targets, missing caption files, incorrect frame rate, unsafe titles, or mismatched aspect ratios. It also generates a “delivery pack” folder structure and a shareable approval page with timecoded notes. This is not an editor replacement; it’s a guardrail and logistics layer that reduces re-exports, missed requirements, and chaotic email threads. It’s built for speed, auditability, and fewer costly mistakes.
