ReliefLedger
ReliefLedger is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) for athletes who use recovery tools—massage guns, foam rollers, compression boots, ice baths, heat, and mobility devices—but don’t know what’s truly helping. You log a session in under 30 seconds (tool, body area, duration, intensity), then rate outcomes like soreness, ROM, sleep quality, and next-day training readiness. The app pulls basic training load from Strava/Apple Health and correlates it with recovery sessions to show simple, honest insights: “Compression boots helped sleep, not soreness,” or “Massage gun after heavy lower-body days reduces next-day stiffness.” It also includes a lightweight protocol library created with licensed PTs (not influencer routines) and a “do-not-waste-time” warning when your data shows no measurable benefit. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes patterns, but the core value is consistent tracking and clear reporting.
