RenderGuard

RenderGuard is a desktop + web app that automatically QA-checks final exports and review files before they leave post. You drop in a ProRes/H.264/EXR sequence, and it runs a fast scan for common delivery-killers: dropped frames, black frames, freeze frames, audio silence/clipping, illegal broadcast luma/chroma, mismatched frame rate, missing handles, wrong resolution/aspect, burn-in presence, and timecode inconsistencies. It generates a shareable report with timecode markers and confidence scores, plus a simple “pass/fail” gate for producers. The goal isn’t fancy AI upscaling—it’s preventing expensive re-deliveries, client embarrassment, and last-minute fire drills. Realistically, many teams still rely on manual spot-checking under deadline pressure; this makes QC repeatable and auditable with minimal training.
