RenewalNudge

RenewalNudge is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that sits on top of your existing CRM and subscription/billing data to predict and prevent account churn. Instead of trying to replace Salesforce/HubSpot, it focuses narrowly on renewals: health scoring, risk reasons, and a playbook-driven workflow for CSMs and account managers. It pulls signals from product usage, support tickets, invoices, and CRM activity, then flags accounts likely to churn in the next 30–120 days. The AI layer summarizes “why this account is at risk” and drafts renewal outreach emails and internal action plans, but the core value is the data plumbing and consistent renewal process. The MVP targets B2B SaaS and agencies with 20–500 accounts where churn is painful and renewal work is chaotic. Expect a gritty integration-heavy build; accuracy and trust will matter more than fancy UI.
