RenewalNudge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes contract renewal dates, termination windows, notice requirements, and auto-renew clauses for small businesses that don’t have legal ops. Users upload PDFs or forward contract emails; the app extracts key dates and obligations, then creates a calendar of actionable tasks with reminders and “send notice” checklists. It also stores proof-of-notice artifacts (certified mail receipt, email headers, portal screenshots) so disputes are easier to defend. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles extraction and suggested tasks, while users confirm fields to avoid costly mistakes. It’s not a full CLM replacement; it’s a lightweight “renewal and notice compliance” layer that plugs into Google Calendar/Microsoft 365 and keeps teams from paying for unwanted renewals or missing termination rights.
