RenewalNudge

RenewalNudge is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) that turns messy contract and renewal data into a simple, accountable renewal workflow for Customer Success teams. It ingests renewal dates and key fields from Stripe, Chargebee, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Google Sheets, then flags accounts with missing renewal owners, unclear next steps, or no recent customer touchpoints. Instead of promising magic churn prediction, it focuses on the unglamorous reality: renewals get lost because data is scattered and follow-ups are inconsistent. The app creates a renewal calendar, auto-generates task checklists by segment (SMB/MM/ENT), and sends escalating reminders when critical milestones are missed (e.g., 90/60/30 days). A lightweight AI assistant can draft renewal outreach emails and call agendas using the account’s recent notes, but humans stay in control. Reporting is deliberately minimal: renewal forecast, at-risk list, and overdue actions.
