RenewalRadar is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that automatically finds upcoming SaaS renewals, price hikes, and auto-renew clauses before they hit your budget. It connects to email and calendar, then extracts renewal dates, notice periods, contract terms, and owner signals from invoices, order forms, and renewal threads. You get a single renewal timeline, alerts for cancellation windows, and a lightweight workflow to assign an owner, capture usage context, and decide: renew, renegotiate, downgrade, or cancel. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to be a full procurement suite. It focuses on the messy reality—renewals live in inboxes and PDFs, not in perfect systems. The MVP should handle the top 30–50 common vendors and improve over time with human-in-the-loop verification to reduce false positives.
