RenewalRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized businesses track, forecast, and renegotiate recurring vendor contracts—especially SaaS. It centralizes renewal dates, auto-renew clauses, notice windows, seat counts, and current pricing, then alerts the right owner before deadlines. Users forward invoices and order forms to a unique inbox; the app extracts key terms, links them to departments, and produces a simple “renew/replace/cancel” recommendation based on usage inputs and cost trends. It also generates negotiation checklists and email templates, and logs outcomes so teams learn what discounts are realistic. This is not a full procurement suite; it’s a lightweight renewal command center for teams that are too small for Coupa/Ariba but bleeding money through unmanaged renewals.
