RenewalRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small businesses catch insurance premium creep and coverage drift before renewals. Users connect their policy documents (PDFs), prior-year renewals, and loss runs, then the app extracts key fields (limits, deductibles, endorsements, exclusions, payroll/revenue bases) and flags meaningful changes year-over-year. It generates a renewal checklist, a broker-ready comparison report, and a calendar of required data requests (COIs, driver lists, property updates). The AI component focuses on document parsing and change detection, not “magical” pricing predictions. The product is realistic: it doesn’t replace brokers or carriers; it makes renewals less chaotic and reduces the chance of overpaying or being underinsured due to unnoticed endorsement changes. Monetization is subscription per business, with an add-on for multi-entity portfolios.
