RenewalRadar is a web app + lightweight CRM layer focused narrowly on renewals and expansion for B2B SaaS and service contracts. Instead of trying to replace Salesforce/HubSpot, it plugs into them and creates a single “renewal command center”: upcoming renewals, usage/health signals, stakeholder changes, open support risk, and pricing/terms history. An AI assistant drafts renewal outreach, risk summaries, and internal QBR decks, but the product is opinionated: it forces a renewal plan, dates, owners, and next actions. The goal is to reduce “surprise churn” caused by poor visibility and scattered data across CRM, billing, product analytics, and support. It includes alerts when health drops, champions go silent, invoices fail, or procurement steps start late. It’s not sexy; it’s operational. If you can save even a few renewals, it pays for itself fast.
