RenewalRadar is a web app (with optional Salesforce/HubSpot add-on) that predicts which B2B accounts will renew, downgrade, or churn in the next 30–120 days. It ingests product usage, support tickets, billing history, contract terms, and stakeholder activity to generate a renewal risk score plus the top drivers behind it. The app focuses on practical workflows: a weekly “save list,” recommended plays (e.g., schedule exec check-in, fix specific feature adoption gaps), and alerts when risk spikes. It also forecasts net revenue retention (NRR) by segment so CS leaders can staff realistically and stop relying on gut feel. This is an AI app plus traditional SaaS: the AI is used for prediction and driver attribution, while the core value is operationalizing the output into tasks, reports, and accountability. Expect some setup effort—data quality and integrations are the real work.
