RenoRoster is a mobile + web app that turns “I want to redo this room” into a realistic, room-by-room execution plan. Users pick a room (kitchen, bedroom, bath), set constraints (budget, renter-friendly, DIY skill, timeline), then build a scoped checklist: measurements to capture, order of operations (paint before flooring), and a shoppable materials list with quantities. The app focuses less on dreamy renders and more on preventing expensive mistakes: missing baseboards, wrong paint sheen, incompatible fixtures, or ordering too little tile. It also tracks what’s already owned, what can be reused, and what must be replaced, so the plan stays grounded. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps generate the initial plan and quantities, but the core value is structured workflows, templates, and verification steps that keep projects on track.
