RenoScope helps architects and residential designers turn chaotic site notes, photos, and client emails into a structured remodel scope with line-item allowances and a contractor-ready summary. It’s a web app with a companion mobile capture flow: on-site you snap photos, dictate notes, and tag rooms; back at your desk it assembles a scope-of-work draft, highlights missing decisions (fixtures, finishes, lead times), and generates a clean PDF plus a spreadsheet export. The AI doesn’t pretend to be your architect—it just organizes, deduplicates, and flags gaps so you stop losing hours to admin work and change-order confusion. It also keeps a simple “decision log” that clients can review and sign off on, reducing the classic ‘I thought that was included’ fights. This is not a full project management suite; it’s a focused scope and decisions tool.
