RenovLog

RenovLog is a mobile + web app that turns home maintenance and DIY projects into a clean, searchable home record. Users log repairs, upgrades, paint colors, appliance models, and contractor work with photos, receipts, and warranty dates. The app builds a timeline per room and per system (HVAC, plumbing, roof) and sends reminders for recurring tasks like filter changes and gutter cleaning. It also generates a “home dossier” you can share with a buyer, landlord, insurer, or contractor—without digging through email and shoeboxes. An AI layer reads receipts and manuals to auto-fill item details, extract warranty terms, and suggest maintenance intervals, but the core value works even if AI extraction fails. This is not a project inspiration app; it’s a practical accountability tool for people who want fewer surprises and better documentation.
