RentReady is a web + mobile rental-application precheck tool that helps renters submit complete, verifiable applications before they ever tour, and helps landlords quickly filter out incomplete or risky applicants without running a full screening upfront. The app guides renters through a “completeness checklist” (ID, income, employment, references, prior landlord, pet info), then generates a shareable application link with time-limited access. Landlords see a standardized summary, missing items, and a fraud-risk flag based on document consistency (not a credit decision). It also supports refundable application deposits held in escrow-like wallets to discourage spam applications. This is not a replacement for full screening vendors; it’s a front-door quality gate that reduces wasted showings and back-and-forth. Monetization: renter pays a small fee per application packet or landlord pays per listing for precheck + deposit handling.
