RentReady is a mobile + web app that helps small landlords and property managers pre-screen applicants before scheduling tours. Prospects answer a short, structured questionnaire (move-in date, income range, pets, smoking, credit/eviction flags, occupancy, references) and upload proof docs. The app auto-scores “fit” against your listing rules, flags inconsistencies, and generates a shareable pre-screen link you can post in listings or send via SMS. It also logs communication and creates an audit trail to reduce fair-housing mistakes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to detect contradictory answers, extract key fields from documents, and draft polite rejection/next-step messages, but the landlord controls the decision. The goal is fewer no-shows, fewer unqualified tours, and faster time-to-lease without paying for a full property management suite.
