RentReady

RentReady is a mobile + web app that helps renters assemble a standardized, shareable “tenant packet” landlords actually want: verified income, employment, ID, rental history, references, and a consent-based background/credit summary. Instead of emailing random PDFs and getting ghosted, renters generate a single link that expires, tracks views, and lets landlords request only what they need. The app guides users through what to upload, flags missing items, and offers optional verification (paystub parsing, employer email verification, bank-income verification). Landlords get a clean, comparable snapshot across applicants, reducing back-and-forth and time-to-lease. This is a traditional app with light AI features (document extraction and fraud/consistency checks), not a “chatbot.” Monetization: renter subscription for unlimited packets, and landlord pay-per-screening or per-application processing.
