ReorderBrief

ReorderBrief is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized operators produce usable demand forecasts when their data is incomplete, noisy, or split across tools. Instead of promising “perfect AI,” it focuses on practical reorder decisions: expected demand range, stockout risk, and a recommended reorder date/quantity per SKU-location. Users connect Shopify/Amazon, QuickBooks, and a spreadsheet, then the app cleans common issues (missing days, promo spikes, outliers, product substitutions) and generates forecast bands with plain-English explanations of what changed and why. It also supports scenario planning: “What if we run a 15% discount next week?” or “What if lead time slips by 5 days?” The output is a one-page reorder brief and a simple purchase plan export to CSV/ERP. The goal is fewer stockouts and less dead inventory, not academic accuracy.
