RepairLog
RepairLog is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for documenting restorative conversations and, more importantly, ensuring follow-through actually happens. Teachers and deans can quickly log an incident, capture each student’s perspective, record agreed-upon repair actions, and schedule check-ins with automatic reminders. The system generates a simple “repair plan” summary that can be shared with students and families, while keeping sensitive notes permissioned. Dashboards show overdue follow-ups, repeat patterns by context (time, location, class), and which interventions are working. It’s not a magic behavior-fixer; it’s a workflow tool that prevents restorative practices from collapsing under inconsistent documentation and missed check-ins. An AI assist can draft neutral, non-inflammatory summaries from rough notes and suggest next-step prompts aligned to district policy, but staff remain in control and can disable AI entirely.
