RepCounter

RepCounter is a mobile AI-assisted practice tracker that listens to short instrument drills (scales, arpeggios, riffs, rudiments) and counts clean repetitions automatically. Instead of vague timers, it focuses on “how many correct reps at what tempo,” then builds a simple progression plan: increase tempo, add reps, or fix a specific mistake pattern. Users pick an instrument profile (guitar, piano, drums, violin, etc.), choose a drill from a community library, and record 30–120 seconds. The app scores consistency (timing stability, missed notes/hits, noise), logs streaks, and suggests the next micro-goal. It’s not a full teacher replacement; it’s a brutally practical accountability tool for people who already know what they should practice but don’t do it consistently or can’t tell if they’re improving.
