ReplayCue

ReplayCue is a web app (with a lightweight JavaScript SDK) that turns session replays into interaction-design decisions. It automatically groups user sessions by intent (signup, checkout, search, settings) and flags “interaction breaks” like rage clicks, dead clicks, repeated backtracks, stalled forms, and confusing hover-only affordances. Instead of dumping hours of video on designers, it generates short highlight reels with annotated UI states and a plain-English hypothesis of what went wrong, plus links to the exact DOM elements involved. Teams can compare before/after releases to confirm whether a design change reduced friction. Brutal reality: this space is competitive and you won’t win by being another replay tool. The only viable wedge is saving time for UX teams by turning raw behavioral data into prioritized, design-ready insights without requiring analysts.
