ReplayRanger

ReplayRanger is a mobile app that turns short videos of a child’s real-world play (soccer shots, dance moves, scooter tricks, LEGO builds) into simple, kid-safe mini games. A parent records a 10–20 second clip, then the app generates a challenge: timing taps to match a dance beat, tracing a scooter path, counting successful shots, or spotting differences between two build states. Kids earn cosmetic badges and unlock themed “adventure maps” without gambling mechanics or aggressive monetization. The app focuses on ages 6–12 with clear parental controls, no open chat, and offline-friendly play once challenges are generated. It’s not a full game studio replacement; it’s a lightweight, repeatable way to keep kids engaged using their own content, which reduces content costs and keeps the experience personal. Monetization: subscription for families plus optional one-time theme packs.
