ReplayRights is a web + mobile AI app that helps creators and small publishers safely use sports highlights without getting takedowns. You paste a link or upload a clip, and it flags likely rights risks (league, broadcaster, watermark, audio match), suggests safer edits (shorter duration, mute/replace audio, crop scoreboard/watermarks), and generates a “posting plan” per platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X) with risk levels. It also tracks your posted clips and alerts you when a claim/takedown hits, with templated counter-notice guidance and a log of source/licensing proof. This isn’t magic: it can’t grant rights you don’t have, and it won’t beat major leagues’ enforcement. But it can reduce accidental violations, save hours of guesswork, and help users pivot to legal alternatives (public-domain, licensed marketplaces, or self-shot footage) before they waste time editing and uploading.
