ReplayRigor

ReplayRigor is a web app (with a lightweight agent) that turns production API traffic into safe, repeatable regression tests. It captures request/response pairs from gateways or sidecars, automatically scrubs PII/secrets, and replays the traffic against staging or canary environments to detect behavioral drift: status code changes, latency spikes, payload shape changes, and error-rate regressions. Instead of asking teams to hand-write and maintain brittle test suites, it continuously generates a high-signal “golden traffic” corpus from what users actually do. It integrates with CI/CD to block releases when replay results exceed thresholds, and it produces diffs that engineers can act on quickly (headers, body fields, timing, and downstream dependency errors). This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify diffs, cluster failures, and suggest minimal reproducible cases, but the core value works without it.
