ReplyHarvest

ReplyHarvest connects to your Substack (via email inbox + export) and turns subscriber replies into a structured backlog of content opportunities. It automatically tags incoming replies by topic, sentiment, and intent (question, objection, praise, request), then surfaces weekly “What to write next” briefs with suggested angles and headline variants. You can group replies into recurring themes, track which themes convert into posts, and build a lightweight FAQ/evergreen library that can be reused in future issues. The goal is not to replace your voice; it’s to stop you from guessing what readers want and to reduce the time wasted hunting for ideas. It also flags high-value subscribers (frequent repliers, potential customers) so you can follow up without living in your inbox.
