ReplyLedger is a web app (with optional Gmail/Outlook add-on) that turns shared inbox email into a lightweight, auditable workflow for small teams. It detects unanswered customer threads, assigns an owner, sets an SLA timer, and escalates before things slip. It also keeps a simple “who replied, when, and what happened” ledger so managers can see what’s actually being handled without micromanaging. This is not another full helpdesk: it’s intentionally narrow—email-first, fast to set up, and focused on preventing missed replies. AI is used sparingly: summarizing long threads, suggesting short replies, and classifying intent (billing, cancellation, bug, sales). The core value is operational visibility and accountability for teams that refuse to abandon email but still need reliability.
