ReplyRail is a web app (with optional Gmail/Outlook add-on) that converts email conversations into lightweight, trackable “reply states” without forcing teams into a full helpdesk. It detects when a thread is waiting on you, waiting on someone else, blocked by missing info, or effectively resolved, then surfaces a clean queue of what actually needs attention. Users can set simple SLAs (e.g., “VIPs within 2 hours”), assign threads to teammates, and add internal notes that never leak to recipients. It also generates one-click follow-ups (“bump” emails) and summaries for long threads, but keeps AI optional and auditable with citations to the original messages. The goal is not to replace email, but to stop revenue, hiring, vendor, and partnership conversations from dying in an inbox. Pricing targets small teams who live in email but hate heavy ticketing systems.
