ReplySLA

ReplySLA is a web app (with optional Slack and Gmail/Outlook add-ons) that tracks, enforces, and improves customer response commitments across email, chat, and tickets. It connects to your existing inboxes and helpdesks, detects customer messages that require a reply, and starts an SLA timer based on your rules (by customer tier, channel, business hours, and issue type). When a deadline is at risk, it escalates to the right owner, suggests a short, on-brand reply, and logs the outcome for reporting. The core value is operational: fewer forgotten threads, faster first response, and clearer accountability. It’s not a full helpdesk replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that teams can adopt without migrating systems. Expect some setup work to map channels and define SLAs, but once configured it becomes a daily safety net for customer communication.
