RepoRadar

RepoRadar is a web app (with optional GitHub/GitLab integration) that pinpoints the real cause of CI failures and flaky tests across a codebase. Instead of dumping raw logs, it clusters failures by signature, correlates them with recent commits, dependency updates, and environment changes, and shows a ranked “most likely culprit” list. It also tracks flake rate over time, identifies tests that are order-dependent or timing-sensitive, and suggests minimal reproduction steps. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional analytics for deterministic grouping and trend detection, plus an LLM layer to summarize failure patterns and propose next debugging actions with links to exact log lines and diffs. The goal is not magic auto-fixing; it’s reducing time-to-triage and stopping teams from wasting hours rerunning pipelines and arguing about blame.
